Q: What are we supposed to do if our clients' purchase arrives in spoilage?
A: Such cases seldom happen since our packages are in good condition. We will be obliged to compensate any spoilage occurred during delivery if the responsibility lies with us. If not, we would like to help you make claim for compensation.




Q: Whats our attitudes towards our clients' claim for compensation?

A: We cherish long-term volume business and make every effort to offer satisfying services. If the quality of our products fail to meet your expectation, say, not a likeness of portraits, spoilage during shipment, etc, we will spare no effort to repaint, change, reimburse, or take other reasonable measures according to your
request as soon as our investigation proves that the corresponding responsibilities lie with us.




Q: What is the guarantee on purchase?
A: As for the guarantee on quality, you can order samples or we can send you photos. If a purchase agreement is reached, we assure you
that we will provide paintings of the same quality.

As for the guarantee on fund, we can accept 50% or lower down payment, take and email to you pictures of finished paintings. Then, you can pay the remainder.

As for the guarantee on law, we can offer you Proforma Invoice with seal and authorized signature. If there is any question, you can
