Quality

Question 1: What kind of canvas do we use for these hand painted oil painting? Can we do hand painted oil paintings on board?
Answer: Our canvas covers nylon, cotton, linen (Korean canvas or flax canvas), which are used in accordance with quality level or upon your request. Our artists paint on board as well as on canvas. All the hand painted oil painting samples showed online can be painted on wooden board. Please
send email to us, and we will send you the pictures of the same hand painted oil painting that is painted on different canvases.

Question 2: What,s the difference among quality grades, say, high quality, medium quality and commercial quality?
Answer: 1. We have 30 odd studios. Each boasts several artists (teachers) who paint high quality paintings and some painters (students) who paint medium and commercial-quality paintings. Artists (teachers) will check to maintain the quality.
2. Different skills.
3. Different materials such as canvas, palette, etc. high-quality paintings are accordingly painted with high-quality materials.
4. Different general visual effects.
5. These pictures are used for quality comparison at top right on the homepage. We suggest you put a trial order to check quality grades. All levels of our goods are painted in accordance with prices. Our quality paintings
deserve your offer.

Question 3: How do you do hand painted oil painting reproductions?

Answer: Customer provide photo or painting sample, we paint according to it. If there is special requirement, please indicate and we will confirm if we can satisfy you. After finishing, pictures will be taken for customer’s verification. If anything need to be modified, we will correct until customer is satisfied.

Question 4: Do we have a catalogue/brochure that can mail to new customers free of charge? Can we offer more samples except the 40,000 pics showing online?

Answer: We'll send one copy of our CD catalogue with your first order together if you want.Note:We solemnly declare that we have all the rights reserved for our creation. Reproduction or coping without our authorization would

constitute piracy and violation of law.

Question 5: How many painters/artists work for us? How many hand painted paintings we can paint every month?

Answer: Our employees in our 30 studios/factories include about 300 painters and 100 artists, and hundreds of part-time painters/artists around China. Our monthly output includes 2,000 odd high quality hand painted paintings, 30,000 odd medium and

commercial quality hand painted paintings.Usually, boat shipping is our first choice for exporting paintings, especially for

commercial-quality hand painted paintings.

Question 6: How do our clients check the status of their orders?

Answer: Pls sign in your account and check the order status. If there is any question arising from your order, we will notify you before delivery.

Question 7: Some clients send samples and want us to copy. How to send so as to get desired high quality? Do we prefer email-attachments or photos by regular mail?

A: Original sample pictures can be either email attachments or photos by regular mail. We prefer photos by regular mail if you don't have many pictures.

Question 8: What's our minimum quantity requirement to ship?

Answer: $150 valued. No limit for museum quality

Question 9: Can paintings be reproduced in sizes other than the sizes that are listed in our price list?

Answer: Yes. Tailor-made orders are available. Prices for irregular sizes=(smaller regular size + bigger regular size)/2 * x% We charge x% cost of all irregular sizes because they need separate painting procedures and additional

labor cost. X may be smaller or bigger than 1.

Question 10: About the artists' autograph

Answer: Our artists are skilled enough to do quality paintings for our clients. So Some of our clients are very satisfied with the fact that some of our artists will be famous someday.

With the approval of our artists, we will satisfy the desire of our clients. Please let us know if you are keen to have their signatures on your favorite paintings.

We never use any signatures, seals or other signals on painted area without your approval so as to avoid inconvenience.

You can also propose signatures or ways of signing of your desire.

Question 11: Could we send free samples to new clients?

Answer: Since it is the first time that we do business, we can fully understand your position and the reason of your request for free samples.

On account of this, we would like to accept 50% down payment (no limit on the total value) up front to start painting upon request; then we will take digital photos of the paintings before shipment,demonstrating the quantity and the quality of paintings and email the photos to you for your confirmation.

You may send the remaining payment after having received our emailed photos of your orders and found them satisfying; If not satisfied, we would like to do anything according to your taste until our paintings meet your requirements.

 Customs

Question 12: Will our goods be inspected by customhouse?

Answer: Every container by China Air Post or by sea must be inspected by the Customs. On the contrary, packages by express, say, DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX,are seldom opened for the Customs inspection.

Question 13: How we should do if you need pay high import tax to your customs, like Eastern Euro, Africa, South America?

Answer: For small quantity like less than 100kg shipped by express courier, we would not have to state proper value for the goods so needn't pply to the Customs.

Please inform us if the Customs in you country has special requiremtnts. Please contact your Customs or foreign trade company for detailed information and necessary procedures.

For goods of big quantity shipped by China Air post or by sea,you are supposed to apply to the Customs. You can inform us of specific ways to prepare necessary documents according to import requirements in your country.

 Guarantee

Question 14: What are we supposed to do if our clients' purchase arrives in spoilage?

Answer: Such cases seldom happen since our packages are in good condition. We will be obliged to compensate any spoilage occurred during delivery if the responsibility lies with us. If not, we would like to help you make claim for compensation.

Question 15: Whats our attitudes towards our clients' claim for compensation?

Answer: We cherish long-term volume business and make every effort to offer satisfying services. If the quality of our products fail to meet your expectation, say, not a likeness of portraits, spoilage during shipment, etc, we will spare no effort to repaint, change, reimburse, or take other reasonable measures according to your

request as soon as our investigation proves that the corresponding responsibilities lie with us.

Question 16: What is the guarantee on purchase?

Answer: As for the guarantee on quality, you can order samples or we can send you photos. If a purchase agreement is reached, we assure you

that we will provide paintings of the same quality.

As for the guarantee on fund, we can accept 50% or lower down payment, take and email to you pictures of finished paintings. Then, you can pay the remainder.

As for the guarantee on law, we can offer you Proforma Invoice with seal and authorized signature. If there is any question, you can contact us for more information.

Question 17: How to buy 1 hand painted oil painting?

Answer: To buy hand painted oil painting,you can choose photos of the oil painting sample that you need in our catalogue. You can send us your own pictures through E-mail.

Usually,After you have confirmed the form of order, you need to pay 50/100 advance payment that the total cost.We begin to paint the oil paintings that you ordered after receive the advance payment.About two or four weeks later, we will send the oil paintings to your hand with the express way (DHL.UPS.TNT.FEDEX) quickly.Before handing over the products,we will photograph the finished oil painting into the detailed photos and sent them to you through E-mail,after you confirmed oil paintings,you need to pay other 50/100 of the payment for these oil paintings,then,we will send these oil painting to your address above immediately and advise you the despatch date by email.
