1.How to buy oil painting from us?
If you find a few favorite images which not been listed in our catalogue, and you wish to turn it into the oil paintings, please send us the images to cn@goldappleart.com ,and tell us the size,quality,quantity,we will sent you the detailed quote and reply within 12 hours. Customer provide photo or painting sample, we paint according to it. If there is special requirement, please indicate and we will confirm if we can satisfy you. After finishing, pictures will be taken for customer’s verification. If anything need to be modified, we will correct until customer is satisfied.

2. What are the sizes of paintings?
8X10", 12X16", 16X20", 20X24", 24x36, 24x48", 30x40", 36x48", 48x72", and You can request the other special size.

3. What's the minimum quantity that you can accepted?
It have not the minimum quantity,we offer a better price for wholesale and long term business partners.

4. Can you frame the artworks for clients?
Yes, we can. If you would like to have the paintings stretched and framed in China.

5. Why can you sell paintings at the cheaper price?
In China,we have own oil painting factory,there have set up dozens of specialized studios under the factory. We supply paintings directly, no middleman. So we have not extra cost. That is why we can offer competitive price.

6. How to do the damaged paintings?
If the paintings is damaged by shipping, please send the photo of the damaged paintings as soon as possible. We will repaint the paintings for you immediately. Please report to us within 7 days after shipment arrive you. If we have not receive the report within 7 days, we will think the shipping arrives is a good condition.

　

7. How do you pack the paintings?
Between each paintings, there is a thin plastic film. If paintings without frame and in small size, we will roll them with pvc tube and use paper box. If in big size, difficult to use paper box, we use air foam plastic to pack outside.
